Two new companies providing mechanical processes for swarf removal have been taken over

At the end of 2003, we took over the activities of bankrupt TAS snc and OMICRON snc and set up TAS Srl, which has been in operation since 1st January 2004.

The two companies had always been present on the mechanical processes for swarf removal market since 1982.

The purpose of these takeovers is to diversify and extend our offer of lathe-turned products, making use of machines that produce large quantities.
