More powerful software systems

More OMT investments.

We have reinforced our software systems in order to streamline them, to improve in-company organization and to meet customer requirements more quickly and accurately.

For this purpose, we have introduced:

a) A Cyberplan scheduling system, incorporated in our current management system, which allows careful planning of the materials required, using an MRP system that integrates:

1. The main production plan
2. The product database
3. The availability of parts in stock
4. The average times required for provision of supplies and production

In this way, planning has become quicker and more efficient, enabling our systems to work at full capacity, and, therefore, allowing us to offer alternative cycles/shifts to meet established delivery dates.

b) A detection and monitoring system for the progress of WPI products, which continuously updates the data of the scheduler.
